Focusing on the hot areas of navigation equipment, 1 opening ceremony and main forum, 6 special forums, 1 achievement exhibition and "N" concurrent activities were held.

The conference is closely connected with the national industrial policy, focusing on the professional field of navigation equipment, and the six thematic forums set up are the Asian Shipbuilding Technology Forum, the International Deep-water Port Construction Forum, the World Marine Civilization Exchange and Mutual Learning Forum, the Deep-sea Aquaculture Equipment Industry Ecological Forum, the Green and Intelligent Development Forum for Inland River Ships and the International Shipbuilding Industry Development Forum. 

During the conference, activities such as the China Marine Equipment Expo, the Marine Equipment Industry Chain and Supply Chain Ecology Conference, and the Marine Economy Project Docking Conference were also held at the same time. Among them, the exhibition scale of China Marine Equipment Expo has reached 100,000 square meters, with a total of 16 exhibition areas, including digital intelligence technology equipment exhibition area, marine engineering equipment exhibition area, marine fishery equipment exhibition area, shipping logistics and equipment exhibition area.

More than 700 companies from 14 countries and regions around the world and 20 provinces and cities across the country exhibited nearly 6,500 kinds of products, covering the latest marine science and technology equipment such as unmanned ships, underwater robots, intelligent port equipment, electric boats, alternative fuels for ships such as liquid ammonia, and new hull materials. More than 6,500 products from 715 companies in 14 countries were exhibited.

Fujian has a strong marine cultural accumulation, and a large number of marine civilizations such as Tanshi culture, Maritime Silk Road culture, Mazu culture, and shipbuilding culture. Experts and scholars from all over the country, as well as the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Malaysia and other countries in the field of marine culture gathered in Fuzhou Mawei China Shipbuilding Cultural City to discuss the interconnection of the world's marine civilization.
